Island Associates completes 4,000 s/f lease

Island Associates represented 7/11 in their Long Island expansion at Grand Ave. and Atlantic Ave. (713 Atlantic Ave.) Roger Delisle of IA represented both 7/11 and the landlord for their newly opened site. The site consists of approximately 4,000 s/f with an aggregate rental of $2.1 million. The site required a special use permit with the town for the hours of operation. From the identification of the site, to corporate approval, lease negotiations, engineering layout, operations approval and town requirements spread over a 17 month process.
