Island Associates brokers long-term lease for Sunshine Gas at Dolphin Plaza

Miami Gardens, FL Island Associates negotiated a new 15-year lease term with Sunshine Gas to occupy a gas and convenience store site located at Dolphin Plaza. Island Associates negotiated a substantial rent increase for ground lease benefiting the landlord while also securing the tenants position in the market for the long-term.

Sunshine Gas joins various other tenants at the 98,000 s/f center such as Winn Dixie, Planet Fitness, FootLocker, Ashley Stewart, Rainbow Shops and Little Caesars Pizza.

Sunshine Gas is one of the largest operators of gas and convenience stores in southern Florida with over 400 locations.
