Island Associates Real Estate has completed three leases totaling 3,840 s/f. The deals include: * A 2,250 s/f office lease located at 490 Wheeler Rd., Hauppauge to Vanguard Funding LLC for a five-year lease. Roger Delisle of Island Associates represented the landlord and tenant. * A 690 s/f lease to Garson Goldstein, CPA for a three years at 490 Wheeler Rd. Delisle represented the landlord and tenant. Vanguard Funding and Garson Goldstein join 20 tenants at the office building, and the aggregate rental for the new leases is over $410,000. * A 900 s/f retail lease located at 420 Wantagh Ave., Bethpage to Vape N Haven, Inc. Vape N Haven has joined Bethpage Bagels, Bethpage Cleaners, and Izumi. The lease was brokered by Suzanne Lopez of Island Associates.
