Island Associates arranges three leases - 16,069 s/f

Island Associates Real Estate, Inc. has arranged three leases totaling 16,069 s/f. In the first deal, Island Associates secured Dollar Tree in a 10,200 s/f retail lease at Fulton Plaza, 87-123 Hempstead Tpke. Fulton Plaza is newly remodeled. Roger Delisle and Suzanne Lopez of Island Associates represented the landlord. The tenant was represented by Ripco Real Estate Corp. Island Associates represents the ownership. Island Associates also arranged 1,389 s/f at 490 Wheeler Rd. in Hauppauge. The office building was leased to Marketing of LI for a 10-year term with aggregate rental of $303,000. Delisle and Robert Monahan represented the landlord and tenant. Island Associates represented C and M Enterprises (Babylon Super Laundromat) in a new 4,480 s/f 10-year extension at 363-373 Little East Neck Rd. (Rte. 109) in West Babylon for an aggregate rental of $1.373 million. Island Associates represented the landlord.
