Isak of Falco & Isak Realty Service named a CoStar Power broker

One of Falco & Isak Realty Services' founders, Rubin Isak, has been named a 2011 CoStar Power Broker by CoStar Group. This annual award recognizes distinguished professionals in commercial real estate brokerage by highlighting the achievements of the U.S. firms and individual brokers who closed the highest transaction volumes in commercial property sales or leases for the entire year of 2011 in their respective markets. Isak qualified as one of the top commercial brokers in the Long Island market based on the total sales transactions he closed during the year. In order to be selected for this honor, Isak was evaluated against other commercial real estate brokers active in the region by CoStar Group, and subsequently ranked among the top brokers in the market. Isak started Falco & Isak Realty Services with John Falco in 2008. Prior to starting Falco & Isak Realty, they were both brokers at Massey Knakal Realty Services working in the Queens office. Since 2006, Isak has been involved with the sale of over $180 million worth of commercial/investment property. "CoStar Group is very proud to acknowledge the outstanding brokers who performed at the industry's highest level to achieve remarkable sales and leasing success in 2011," said CoStar Group founder and CEO Andrew Florance. "These top performers truly represent the best of the best in commercial real estate, and they deserve to be recognized for their proven deal-making abilities. We congratulate Rubin Isak on his impressive professional accomplishment."
