IREM swears in Walker of Armistad Management Co. as ARM

Allison Walker of Armistad Management Company. was sworn in as an Accredited Residential Manager. Those who successfully complete the training to acquire IREM's Accredited Residential Manager designation (ARM) have demonstrated proficiency in the areas of marketing and leasing, financial operations, maintenance, legal, risk management, human resources and ethics. With years of residential management experience, the ARM has the proven ability to deal with complex issues and obstacles, and has the resources to get to the core of the matter immediately and implement the correct solution. "An ARM has the troubleshooting skills to resolve problems quickly and efficiently," said IREM chapter president James Hayden. "Accredited Residential Managers have met the highest standards in education, experience and ethics."
