Manhattan, NY The New York City Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM NYC) is proud to appoint Frank Socci Jr., CPM as the chapter’s Certified Property Manager of the Year.
Socci earned his CPM designation in 2002 and has remained an active and dedicated member of the chapter for more than two decades. His leadership includes serving as chapter president, chairing the Industry Partner Committee, and contributing his time and insight as a member of the Chapter Activities Committee. And — in true Socci fashion — he’s also known as IREM NYC’s beloved grill master and tailgate king, keeping the chapter well-fed and in good spirits.
Socci’s career spans notable roles, including his tenure as CFO of NAI Long Island. He currently serves as director of management at Daniel Gale NY, where he is
known for representing both himself and his firm with exceptional professionalism. His commitment to cultivating top-tier customer service and strengthening Daniel Gale’s reputation as one of Long Island’s premier real estate management organizations is central to his work.
“Frank embodies everything the CPM designation stands for — leadership, integrity, and a true commitment to elevating our industry,” said Jessica Tusing, CPM, president of IREM NYC. “He gives generously of his time, mentors others without hesitation, and brings a positive energy that makes our chapter stronger. We are thrilled to recognize him with this well-deserved honor.”
IREM NYC invites members, colleagues, and friends to join us in celebrating Socci’s achievements at the IREM NYC Annual Dinner & Awards on Thursday, March 5th.
