IREM NYC hosts cocktail party at Flatiron Hall on May 10th

New York, NY As a way to introduce young professionals to their organization, IREM NYC hosted a cocktail party on Thursday evening, May 10th at Flatiron Hall. Over 60 people enjoyed a great time!

Summer school. Summer fun! We’ve got something for everyone! IREM will be holding the following events: 

• Rooftop Cocktail Party on Wednesday, June 13 at 230 FIFTH from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. - cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and great people! Cost is $65 for members and $75 for non-members. The event will be sponsored by Guardian Service Industries and Sullivan Engineering.

• New York Yankees vs. Tampa Bay Rays game on Wednesday, August 15th. Price is $145 per person. Game time is 7:05 p.m., but join us on the MasterPass Batter’s Eye Deck beginning at 5:30 p.m. for stadium-style food and non-alcohiloc beverages.  Seats for the game are in sections 133 & 134, rows 10-16. The event sponsor is Dynamic Construction.

• Asset Management Track: These skill-based courses that, when taken in sequence, progressively build your knowledge of financing and valuation of real estate assets. You’ll work hands-on to explore various models of financial analysis in three applications-based courses designed to help you capitalize on your real estate assets. Students will find the tools they learn here indispensable to the properties and the portfolios they manage. This course is on June 4-8. The course will be conducted at Knickerbocker Plaza, 1751 Second Ave. daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

• ARM Course: The Accredited Residential Manager designation is the first step in an IREM education! It’s regarded as the most recognized professional credential for residential real estate mangers. The ARM Track is the fastest way to achieve this distinction.

This course is on June 12-14 and June 19-21. The course will be conducted in the offices of ANHD, 50 Broad St. daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
