IREM chapter 58 sponsors breakfast meeting on Aug. 21
Chapter 58 of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) sponsored a breakfast meeting "Going Green in Real Estate - The Pitfalls and Benefits" on August 21. The meeting featured guest speaker John Billone, Jr. of Flower City Management and Development.
Billone spoke candidly about his experiences with two geothermal projects his company has undertaken in both commercial and residential applications. The breakfast was well attended, informative and overall a great success!
