IPG leases 87,000 s/f at W&H Props.' 1400 Broadway

Interpublic Group (IPG) leased 87,000 s/f of office space at W&H Properties' 1400 Broadway, according to Anthony Malkin, president of Malkin Holdings, which supervises the W&H portfolio. Interpublic will relocate to 28-40 West 23rd St. Scott Panzer and Robert Romano from Jones Lang LaSalle represented Interpublic. Scott Klau, Erik Harris and Neil Rubin of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord.
