Investment Property Realty Group sells $14.415 million

Brooklyn, NY Investment Property Realty Group (IPRG) brokered  five sales totaling over $14 million.

305 Tompkins Avenue - Brooklyn, NY

• IPRG brokered the closing of 305 Tompkins Ave.for $1.075 million. This property is located between Tompkins Ave. and Quincy St. in Bedford-Stuyvesant. This property has nine apartments. The building is 25 ft. x 68 ft., offering 6,800 s/f. The lot is 25 ft. x 100 ft.

305 Tompkins Ave. was sold by Zeneida Baez to Shimon Weber. IPRG brokers Derek Bestreich, Steve and Tom Reynolds, Brian Davila and Noah Middlekauff represented the seller and the buyer.

• IPRG sold 23-37 Astoria Blvd. in Old Astoria, Queens for $2 million. This property is located between Crescent St. and 23rd St. This property has nine apartments. The building is 31.58 ft. x 60 ft., offering 7,500 s/f. The lot is 31.58 ft. x 73.33 ft.

23-37 Astoria Blvd. was sold by Theodore Douros to Medhat Mohamed. IPRG brokers Bestreich, Donal Flaherty, and Sal Monteverde represented the buyer and seller.

• IPRG negotiated the 2764-2768 Webb Ave. for $3 million. This property is located between West 195th St. and West 197th St. in Kingsbridge. These two adjacent buildings offer 14,105 s/f. Both buildings were delivered vacant and offer 22,000 buildable s/f. The lot is 100 ft. x 100 ft. and has R6 zoning.

2764-2768 Webb Ave. was sold by Juan and Modesto Marquez to Builders Group USA. IPRG brokers Bestreich, Steve and Tom Reynolds, Davila and John Loch represented the seller and the buyer.

307 Hicks Street - Brooklyn, NY

• IPRG brokered the sale of 307 Hicks St. in Brooklyn Heights, for $5.1 million. This property is located between Joralemon St. and State St. and offers four apartments, all delivered vacant. The building is 24.67 ft. x 50 ft., offering 4,984 s/f. The lot is built 24.67 ft. x 80 ft. and is zoned R6, LH-1.

307 Hicks St. was sold by Greg Coppola to Carlos Saavedra. IPRG brokers Bestreich, Luke Sproviero, Toby Waring and Samanta Katz represented the buyer and seller.

• IPRG negotiated the closing of 234 Saint Nicholas Ave. for $3.24 million. This property is located between Greene Ave. and Bleecker St. in Bushwick and contains five apartments. The building is 20 ft. x 47.67 ft., offering 4,247 s/f. The lot is 20 ft. x 90 ft.

234 Saint Nicholas was sold by Stefan Bohdanowycz to the Greenbrook Partners & Carlyle Group. IPRG brokers Bestreich, Steve and Tom Reynolds, Davila and Middlekauff represented the seller.

IPRG sold 549 Meeker Ave. in Greenpoint for $4.618 million. This property offers five apartments. The building contains 3,750 s/f.
