Invesco celebrates lease up of 162 residences at INSTRATA at Mercedes House

According to Invesco Real Estate, INSTRATA at Mercedes House, located at 550 West 54th St., is 100% leased and fully occupied after debuting only 10 months ago. Consisting of 162 rental apartments on the top 11 floors of the Enrique Norton designed Mercedes House, INSTRATA at Mercedes House was the first project introduced under the INSTRATA Lifestyle Residences umbrella, a new luxury lifestyle concept developed by Invesco that not only brings condominium-caliber design and finishes to rental developments but also superb amenities and impeccable service.
