Intner of Admiral Real Estate Services acts for Whole Hog Cafe; Lerner of Lerner Props. reps landlord

Yonkers, NY According to Admiral Real Estate Services Corp., Whole Hog Cafe has opened a new location in Central Plaza, at 2550 Central Park Ave. 

This is Whole Hog Cafe’s 17th location and its first in New York State.  Whole Hog also operates restaurants in New Jersey, Missouri, Arkansas and New Mexico. 

Whole Hog Cafe will be joining other Central Plaza retailers Barnes & Noble, Party City, Five Below, IHOP, Verizon, David’s Bridal, OshKosh, Carter’s, Foot Locker, Bank of America, GNC, McDonald’s and others.

Haryn Intner of Admiral Real Estate Services Corp. represented the tenant in this lease transaction.  The landlord was represented by Jason Lerner of Lerner Properties.
