New York, NY According to Instrata Lifestyle Residences, the renovation of Instrata NoMad, one of NYC’s premier lifestyle properties, has been completed. The 50-story, 392-unit high-rise at 10 E. 29th St. has undergone a comprehensive $7 million renovation of its common areas, including the lobby, fitness center, and a new rooftop residents’ lounge. In addition, all residential units, including 20 new three-bedroom units, have been renovated.

With a new look and a palette inspired by the cast-iron buildings of the Madison Sq. North Historic District, the lobby and common areas were designed by Whitehall Interiors in conjunction with property manager and developer Adellco Management and design and leasing consultant Nancy Packes. With its sunburst-patterned marquetry panels, marble floor with mosaic border, and mohair sofas, the lobby features a floor-to-ceiling metal mesh curtain by Whiting & Davis, custom hand-blown glass chandelier by jGoodDesign, and metallic reception desk with a softly backlit Instrata NoMad logo that echoes that on the chic canopied entrance outside.

Beyond the lobby lies the upgraded fitness center, featuring weight machines and cardio equipment, a spacious yoga studio where early morning and evening classes are offered, and the office of the Instrata Concierge, who is on-site daily to assist with resident requests and organize exclusive events.

Instrata families can also enjoy the new children’s playroom on the ground floor, and pet owners are now privy to an expansive pet spa with bathing sinks and grooming tables.

All residential units have been outfitted with condominium-level finishes, including updated kitchens with stainless-steel appliances, quartzite countertops and Kohler fixtures; marble bathrooms; and hardwood floors and spacious closets throughout. Most residences have private balconies.

Preeminent among the units are the 20 new three-bedroom, three-bathroom residences, each more than 1,600 s/f, with two private balconies affording spectacular city views. These units have a kitchen with six-burner stove, drawer-style microwave, pantry and wine refrigerator. Marble bathrooms have a double vanity.

Crowning the 50-story tower is the new 1,500 s/f, glass-enclosed residents’ lounge on the spacious 360-degree roof deck, with breathtaking views of New York City and many of its best-known landmarks. The leather-floored lounge is outfitted with two large-screen televisions, a full kitchen, custom dining table and comfortable furniture. The roof deck also offers a dedicated outdoor barbeque area boasting a top-of-the-line grill, shaded lounge chairs and built-in seating, a reflecting pool, misting station, WiFi, and charging stations.

In addition to the hotel-style concierge, Instrata NoMad residents enjoy a host of available amenities and benefits, including in-house laundry and dry cleaning, on-site parking, and the perks associated with Instrata’s exclusive relationship with ClubCorp, allowing residents access to 400 private clubs worldwide and special offers at more than 700 hotels, resorts and entertainment venues.

Instrata NoMad, managed by Adellco Management LLC, is currently 98 percent leased. Unit prices range from $3,900 to $16,500 per month.
