New York, NY Ingram Yuzek Gainen Carroll & Bertolotti, LLP, a collaborative, client-driven law firm, has hired four associates.

Olivia Jones, Tim Lin, Michael Mulia, and Christine Varghese, will serve clients in several of the firm’s core practice areas: Commercial real estate, construction & design, corporate & business, and commercial litigation.

Jones joins Ingram’s commercial litigation practice, assisting clients in a broad variety of business disputes, such as breach of contract claims, disputes involving real estate, partnership & shareholder matters, fraud & breach of fiduciary duty claims and employment disputes.

Lin joins Ingram’s corporate & business group and will work with clients across a broad range of business matters, including negotiation and drafting agreements, organization structuring and start-up, ownership transition, mergers & acquisitions and legal matters relating to NFTs.

Mulia joins Ingram’s commercial real estate team, primarily in the areas of commercial leasing, acquisitions and sales, project development and financing.

Varghese joins Ingram’s construction & design practice, assisting architects, engineers, owners, developers, construction managers, general contractors, and subcontractors with transactional and litigation matters throughout all stages of the construction process.
