ZT Corporate introduces new office space in Midtown Manhattan

New York, NY ZT Corporate, a private equity firm that specializes in healthcare and automotive investments, unveiled its new office in the Plaza District. Located at 150 East 52nd St., the  space on the top floor will increase ZT Corporate’s ability to service its East Coast-based clientele and accommodate rapid growth.

“New York City has been monumental to our firm’s success, and our team is thrilled to celebrate a beautiful new office space that reflects the heritage of ZT Corporate and aligns with the needs of our sophisticated East Coast clients,” said Taseer Badar, chairman and CEO of ZT Corporate. "It was important to me that we have a tri-coastal presence, and our new office would not have been possible without the success and dedication of our hardworking New York team and loyal partners."

The Houston-headquartered company, celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, launched its footprint in New York in 2013. This move transitions its East Coast operations to a 3,000 s/f space that has been updated with a modern design by Elima Designs featuring new flooring, glass offices, exquisite kitchen and more. The office complex was originally designed and completed by Fox & Fowie Architects in 1984.

To mark the occasion, a grand opening celebration was recently held with ZT Corporate team members and stakeholders. The team honored this important milestone through a celebratory ribbon cutting, toast and tour for its valued partners. Guests soaked in the top-floor views from the airy and bright architecture while the NYC-based team shared insights to their plans for future growth. Core practice area operations will remain focused on growing the healthcare and automotive portfolios through private equity investments.

“ZT Corporate has found tremendous success in New York, and our new location allows us to house a growing number of employees to better serve our clients in the region,” said Roger Manghnani, managing partner and New York-based regional manager of ZT Corporate. “We knew we wanted a space with spectacular unobstructed views of the iconic Manhattan skyline, renowned landmarks and the East River to take our office experience to the next level.”
