Ziskin to lead Lower Manhattan team at Bestreich Realty Group

Manhattan, NY According to Bestreich Realty Group (BRG), Zachary Ziskin has joined as a senior associate who will lead the firm’s lower Manhattan team in the sale of mixed-use, multifamily and retail transactions.

Prior to BRG, Ziskin worked for a large national brokerage for seven years.

 focusing on sales and underwriting of investment properties throughout the lower Manhattan markets of Tribeca, West Village, Greenwich Village, Chinatown and Soho to name a few.

“Zack repeatedly demonstrates dedication to his client relationships by providing and implementing viable strategies and recommendations to support his client needs,” said BRG’s president Derek Bestreich. “His passion, enthusiasm, market understanding and diligence make him a valuable asset to his clients and partners and we’re happy to have him as part of our team.”

In his career Ziskin has sold over 30 properties in lower Manhattan totaling $200 million in sales value and has handled over a dozen 1031 Exchanges. 

“Zack works efficiently to get his clients to the closing table,” said BRG’s executive vice president Adam Lobel, who will work with Ziskin, along with Justin Zeitchik and Ethan Frank on the company’s lower Manhattan team. 

Ziskin was first exposed to real estate at a young age working with his father in a family-run real estate company that owned and operated commercial buildings in Queens. “That experience taught me a lot about building mechanics, operations, tenant relations, maintenance, tax implications and financing alternatives,” said Ziskin, 

Ziskin graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from SUNY Geneseo.
