Zere Real Estate leases 5,000 s/f to Linus Publications

Linus Publications, Inc., formerly of Switzerland and Deer Park Linus Publications, has leased 5,000 s/f with an option to purchase at 111 Gary Way. Michael and Michelle Zere of Zere Real Estate Services were the brokers on the deal. A traditional Buddhist blessing ceremony was given with Buddhist Monks in prayer and meditation.
