Zere of Zere Real Estate Services secures 2,200 s/f lease for Red Mango LLC

Ronkonkoma, NY National food chain Red Mango LLC has a new corporate headquarters. The retailer has leased a 2,200 s/f of office space at 2127 Lakeland Ave. 

“The convenient location off the LIE, close proximity to MacArthur Airport and the LIRR Ronkonkoma train station down the road sealed the deal,” Michael Zere, executive vice president of Zere Real Estate Services.

Zere exclusively represented both Red Mango the tenant and the landlord, Lakeland Avenue LLC in this lease deal.
