Zere of Zere Real Estate Services leases 10,000 s/f industrial deal

Bohemia, NY Michael Zere, senior vice president at Zere Real Estate Services completed a 10,000 s/f industrial lease for Midland Enterprises Inc., located at 35 DaVinci Dr., Suffolk County.

This building is the former site of The Home Depot distribution center located off the MacArthur Airport Business Corridor on a heavy industrial street in the transportation hub. Close to the LIRR Ronkonkoma Station, MacArthur Airport and easy access for trucking to the Long Island Expressway Exits 59, 60 and Sunrise Hwy.

Zere Real Estate Services represented both the tenant as well as the landlord, Gemina Realty Corp. in this industrial lease transaction.

“The tenant will benefit from the twenty five percent office space available, the new LED lighting and great loading options with two loading docks and a drive in door,” said Zere.
