Zar of Zar Property NY completes 6,000 s/f lease; Bergey of CBRE represents tenant

David Zar of Zar Property NY arranged a 6,000 s/f lease in-house at 64 Wooster St. ZALDY has leased the entire 2nd floor for a five-year term. The tenant was represented by Matt Bergey of CB Richard Ellis. ZALDY, a clothing designer for Lady Gaga and Cirque De Soleil, is relocating from 531 West 25th St. in West Chelsea. They are joining other apparel related tenants in the building that include the British School of Fashion and Steven Meisel.
