Zar of Moonlight Management leads $2.018 million acquisition; Jungreis of Rosewood Realty is broker

Bronx NY A group of investors, led by Ryan Zar of Moonlight Management LLC have acquired 2600 Decatur Ave., for $2.018 million.

The subject property is a 10,720 s/f multifamily building located on the corner of East 193rd St. and contains 11 apartments as well as 67 ft. wrap-around frontage.

Aaron Jungreis, president of Rosewood Realty Group represented the buyer and seller.

According to public records, the price equates to a gross rent multiplier of 10.45x, $188 per s/f, and $183,000 per unit.
