Zappala and Horbach of Ripco bring Saddle Brook Square to 100% occupancy

Saddle Brook, NJ Ripco Real Estate brings Saddle Brook Square Shopping Center to 100% occupancy with the addition of Jembro Stores and Cricket Wireless.

Saddle Brook Square, located at 189 Rte. 46 West, is a 221,892 square foot shopping center anchored by Walmart, TJ Maxx, Modell’s, and 24 Hour Fitness. Jembro Stores, a regional discount retailer, will be occupying 5,280 s/f adjacent to TJ Maxx. Cricket Wireless, is now open for business occupying 2,100 s/f.

“We believe Jembro and Cricket Wireless were drawn to pursue new locations here in Saddle Brook in an effort to capitalize on the tremendous population density of lower Bergen County.” said Daniel Zappala, retail leasing specialist at Ripco.

“There is a certain synergy between the services these new tenants bring, and the existing retailers” said Alison Horbach of Ripco, who also worked with ownership on both leases. “This asset is now fully stabilized and well positioned in the market for long term success.”

Zappala and Horbach have worked with ownership over the last year to help oversee the leasing of the center.
