Hirschy Zaks and Jacob Stavsky of Venture Capital Properties closed the sale of169 Empire Blvd., a development site in the Lefferts Prospect Garden area for $6.1 million ($254 per s/f). Maheshand Ratani, the buyer, had been considering this location as a potential hotel development site, which is in an Opportunity Zone.

Kevin Darouvar, Yoel Sarraf, and Ryan Sabet of Venture Capital Properties exclusively represented the seller, Helen Altheim Stevens Management Trust and the buyer, Moy Wang in the $2.1 million sale of the two-story vacant retail building in East Harlem. The subject located at 1878 3rd Ave. between 103rd and 104th Sts. and consists of 2,920 s/f.The buyer plans to hold the property long-term and renovate the property into a restaurant.
