Zaepfel Development completes 300,000 s/f for First Source headquarters

Tonawanda, NY Zaepfel Development Co. recently completed the 300,000 s/f corporate headquarters for First Source LLC, located in the North Youngman Commerce Center.

The building is home to First Source’s corporate offices as well as their distribution center for confections and specialty gourmet products. The facility, which is one of the first projects to be constructed in the new commerce center, includes a 270,000 warehouse with 32 ft. high clearance, 12,000 s/f of offices, and a food packaging operation. The building was designed with energy efficiency in mind; the interior lights are all LED with occupancy sensors, along with an energy management system to minimize energy use.

Zaepfel is also in the process of constructing a 40,000 s/f building for MJ Mechanical.
