Zada joins HelmsleySpear

New York, NY According to HelmsleySpear, LLC Afa Zada has been hired as a real estate agent and licensed salesperson. Zada brings over a decade of experience in international real estate development and global marketing.

Her closed transactions have included major mixed-use real estate development projects in Dubai, Moscow, Seoul and Istanbul including the Dubai Marina Mall and the Port Baku Mall.

“I am thrilled to join Helmsley Spear, a New York real estate institution that represents some of the finest properties and prominent owners across New York City,” said Zada.

“We are pleased to have Afa join our team. Her experience will be a great addition to the firm as we continue to expand our work and services across the New York City commercial real estate market.” said Kent Swig, president of HelmsleySpear.

Zada is fluent in many languages including Russian, English, Turkish, Korean and Azerbushani. She earned her B.A. in Turkish-Korean Translation and a Master’s Degree in Project Development from the University of Salford, UK.
