Zach of Itzhaki Properties closes $2.1 million sale of five-story multifamily
Itzhaki Properties has brokered the $2.1 million sale of a five-story multifamily building in the Washington Heights. The building consists of 20 apartments and three stores. This sale is another sale in a long business relationship that Zach has with the owners of the building. The sale represents much upside as the rents are very low, and the building is 100% rent stabilized.
