Zach of Itzhaki Properties brokers two sales; Boussidan and Mulhern assist

Itzhaki Properties has completed two sales totaling $1.815 million. Itzhaki completed the sale of 25 Hope St., a development site in the Williamsburg neighborhood. The site was sold for $1.365 million or $220 per s/f, setting one of the highest prices paid for land in Williamsburg in 2012. The deal was handled by managing partner Shay Zach of Itzhaki who represented seller and buyer in this transaction. The whole transaction sold in less than 60 days. The new owner plans to build a 6-8 family building, and keep it as a rental property.
