Arbor Commercial Funding, LLC closed a $3.087 million loan under the Fannie Mae DUS product line to refinance the 82-unit complex known as Amelia Apartments. The seven-year loan amortizes on a 30-year schedule and carries a note rate of 6.33%. The loan was originated by Stephen York, director, in Arbor's Uniondale, N.Y. lending office.
