Annie Yao of Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group LLC has leased 5,000 s/f on the 3rd floor at The Alchemical, a rehearsal studio located at 104 West 14th Street. Yao represented the landlord and tenant. The Alchemical offers affordable rental studios for rehearsal, photo shoots, classes and salon performance. Since 2005, it has often been called the best rehearsal studio in NYC. The street facing over-sized windows of this loft office space along with this location being easily accessible to multiple transportation hubs makes 104 West 14th Street the ideal location for The Alchemical's expansion.
