Yao of Buchbinder & Warren brokers two retail leases - 3,500 s/f; Includes a 2,300 s/f lease to Off The Wall Frozen Yogurt

Annie Yao of Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group LLC has brokered two retail leases totaling 3,500 s/f. The deals include the following: * A 1,200 s/f lease to GiGiK NY Inc. at 60 West 8th St. The ten-year lease contains 700 s/f on the ground floor and 500 s/f in the basement. This is the boutique's second location in Greenwich Village. Yao represented the landlord. * A 2,300 s/f lease to Off The Wall Frozen Yogurt at 1053 2nd Ave. The ten-year lease contains 1,400 s/f in retail space and a 900 s/f basement. With a current location in Cedarhurst, this is the company's first location in Manhattan. Yao represented the landlord, 1053 2nd Ave LLC, and Michael Worthman of Robert K. Futterman represented the tenant.
