The first deal was a five-year, 1,800 s/f retail lease at 46 West 14th St. to Toosh. The tenant is known for its unique items such as rock and roll shirts, and stylish yet affordable men and women shoes. They have locations on Bleecker St. and 8th St. Annie Yao of Buchbinder & Warren represented the tenant and Shay Azran of Metropolitan Property Group represented the landlord.
The second deal was a 675 s/f lease to Qiviuk Boutique at 40 East 58th St. Yao represented the landlord, Zurich Holdings Co. LLC. The Qiviuk flagship store was created in 1999 in the beautiful Chateau Lake Louise. Qiviuk Boutique has a large commitment to exploring and preserving rare and fine fibers in a sustainable and socially conscious way. Their garments are in the wardrobes of heads of state and celebrities, such as the Queen of England and Canada, Francis Ford Coppola and Sara Jessica Parker.
