Yaghoubi and Aziz of City Prime Realty sell six-story building for $2.2 million; Represented the buyer and seller of the 30-unit property

City Prime Realty LLC's Eli Yaghoubi, senior associate, and Jonathan Aziz, VP of investment sales, exclusively represented the buyer and seller in the sale of 2237-2239 Morris Ave. The six-story elevatored building consists of 30 apartment units and sold for $2.2 million. Aziz said, "After we received the exclusive we sold the building within 18 hours thanks to our extensive marketing strategy and aggressive presentation."
