Yablon of Katz & Associates collaborates with RESOLUT RE in 4,500 s/f lease to Hounds Town USA

Brooklyn, NY Hounds Town USA, a fully interactive doggie daycare, pet spa, and boarding facility is coming to 57 Jay St. Katz & Associates’ David Yablon represented Hounds Town through RESOLUT RE’s Sherry Naquin Sanchez, the master broker for the Hounds Town franchise. The landlord is Churchill Real Estate.

Hounds Town signed for 1,500 s/f on the ground and 3,000 s/f in the selling basement. It is slated to open in Q4 2021 or Q1 2022. This is the first Brooklyn location for the canine care franchise.

“Hounds Town coming to Dumbo is definitely the right place and right time,” said David Yablon, Director, Katz & Associates. “The area is booming with development. It also has a very high per capita number of dogs owned which has ballooned further during COVID. With many pandemic pups purchased and people looking for canine care and services at fair prices, Hounds Town will be a great asset.”
