Wysocki joins MetaProp NYC as general manager

New York, NY According to MetaProp NYC, a premier real estate technology nexus and RETech accelerator, HealthTech industry executive Monika Wysocki has joined the company as general manager. Wysocki will focus on growing the company’s community and will lead the upcoming real estate technology startup accelerator class of 2016.

“Over the past few years, Monika helped build one of the few successful New York-based industry communities and, in the process, has solicited, evaluated, selected, and grown some of the most exciting startups -- all skills that transfer seamlessly to our booming business,” said Aaron Block, co-founder and managing director, MetaProp NYC. “From a technology community perspective, real estate is years behind healthcare, financial services, media, education and fashion. We’re thrilled that Monika is bringing her years of HealthTech experience to help lead the RETech evolution in New York City and beyond.”

Prior to joining MetaProp NYC, Wysocki was a portfolio manager with StartUp Health. Previous to that position, she was an associate digital strategist/strategic planner with McCann Health.

A lifelong New Yorker, Wysocki is also passionate about education, serving as the Creative Director for PASSNYC, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to broadening access to specialized educational opportunities for New York City students.

Wysocki graduated from The George Washington University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Communication.
