Winick Realty Group adds Cohen and Preisler to growing NJ branch

Winick Realty Group welcomed the broker team of Alison Cohen and Susan Preisler to its growing New Jersey branch. Cohen and Preisler have been partners for more than a decade, starting up a retail division at Hirschman Realty before moving to Vanguard Realty. Cohen and Preisler have been responsible for many high-profile leasing transactions, including Williams Sonoma's West Elm Retail Store on Rte. 17 in Paramus and the Western hemisphere sales and service headquarters for EKATO Corp. in Oakland. As a team, Cohen and Preisler specialize in leasing regional shopping centers with a high success rate that they plan to continue as part of Winick Realty Group NJ. The brokers will work with both landlords and tenants, creating strategies and developing environments to making deals happen. "We are pleased to continue the growth of our NJ office with the addition of these two experienced brokers," said Tyler Bennett, senior vice president and founding partner of Winick Realty Group NJ. "Alison and Susan bring with them strong established relationships from their years in the business and they will immediately be integrated into some of our existing business to help service Winick Realty Group NJ's prestigious roster of clients.
