Will of Hemisphere Holdings handles $3.11 million sale of 71 units; Singer of Eastern union Funding arranges financing

Watertown, NY According to Hemisphere Holdings Corp., it has completed the $3.11 million sale of Colonial Manor Apartments, a 71-unit residential complex.

Richard Will, president of Hemisphere Holdings acted as the broker for this transaction. The seller was CM Apartments, LLC and the buyer was Carlton Holding Group, LLC. Financing was arranged through David Singer, senior vice president, bank relationships manager at Eastern Union Funding.

The property is constructed with brick and masonry, and the  complex is comprised of 12 one-bedroom and 59 two-bedrooms. The property is three miles from the Fort Drum Military Base. The tenancy is 90% military personnel with a long history of high occupancy.
