Wierzbicki of Pliskin Realty brokers 28,000 s/f lease for Crunch Fitness

Bellmore, NY According to Pliskin Realty & Development, a prominent New York-Metropolitan area retail real estate brokerage, property management and investment firm, sales associate Christopher Wierzbicki has brokered a 15 year lease with two five year options on behalf of Crunch Fitness. The lease is for 28,000 s/f, free-standing building located at 2203 McConnect Court. The property’s landlord is Bellmore Associates, LLC. The space represents Crunch Fitness’ 2nd Long Island location. Wierzbicki noted that the full-service national fitness franchise is seeking additional locations in Nassau and Suffolk. Wierzbicki represented Crunch Fitness and the landlord was represented by CBRE.
