Wicker honored by Upstate Appraisal Institute

Paul Wicker, Jr. MAI, SRA

Syracuse, NY The Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute recently honored Paul Wicker, Jr. MAI, SRA with the annual G. Richard Kelley Memorial Award for 2016. The late G. Richard Kelley, MAI was an icon to the appraisal profession in a career that spanned over 54 years.  His widow Mary Grace McGuire-Kelley presented the award. 

This award goes to an individual who makes a significant contribution to the chapter, the appraisal profession or their local community. 

The Appraisal Institute is recognized as the leader in the real estate appraisal industry and is one of the oldest organizations of real estate appraisers in the world.

Wicker is president of Wicker Appraisal Associates, Inc. has vast experience in the appraisal of a large variety of properties for public, institutional and private clients throughout the state.
