White joins NorthMarq's upstate N.Y. regional office

Real estate capital markets veteran, Timothy White has joined the upstate N.Y. regional office of NorthMarq Capital. A 28-year specialist in debt and equity financing for commercial real estate and multifamily properties, White was previously with CBRE/Melody capital markets based in N.Y.C. He will be responsible for expanding the origination of commercial real estate loans in NorthMarq's upstate N.Y. region and in western Pennsylvania. "Mr. White has built a solid track record and has personally produced more than $1.5 billion in real estate transactions," said Sam Berns, managing director of NorthMarq's upstate N.Y. office. "We look forward to working with such a proven industry professional and continuing to provide the highest quality services to our investors and clients. His addition to the our staff brings the total number of years experience to 178 years in the commercial real estate business."
