Whelan to join Muss Development as senior v.p. public affairs
Muss Development, LLC, has hired James Whelan who will join the company as senior vice president of public affairs in January 2008. Whelan is currently chief of staff to Daniel Doctoroff, The New York City deputy mayor for Economic Development and Rebuilding.
At Muss Development, Whelan will spearhead government, community and media relations.
Whelan graduated from Fordham University School of Law and New York University with a bachelor of arts in Political Science.
