Weisiger of Brixmor secures 1,200 s/f lease for Great Clips
Brixmor Property Group (Brixmor) arranged a 1,200 s/f lease for Great Clips. The store recently opened at Monroe Shoprite Plaza, located south of Route 17, on Route 17M just south of the intersection of Route 208. Ryan Feldman of In-Line Realty, Astoria, NY represented Great Clips. Brixmor is the owner of Monroe Shoprite Plaza and was represented by Glenn Weisiger with Brixmor.
