Wadler and Lopez of KDA rep tenant in 8,000 s/f lease

According to Kalmon and Neil Dolgin, co-presidents of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA), the firm has arranged an 8,000 s/f lease for Wizards Studio North, an event production company, at 305 Ten Eyck St. in the East Williamsburg section. Jacques Wadler and Vincent Lopez of KDA represented the tenant, while Joseph Nicholas, also of KDA, represented the owner. Wizards Studio North is relocating to the one-story warehouse from Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood. Located in the East Williamsburg Industrial Park, the property offers drive-in doors, 15-foot ceilings, and is fully sprinklered.
