Wadler and Lopez of KDA lease 5,000 s/f to State Distributor, Inc.

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has leased a one-story 3,500 s/f warehouse building with a 1,500 s/f parcel (total of 5,000 s/f) at 58-15 49th Pl. to State Distributor, Inc., a health and beauty aid distributor, according to Neil Dolgin, executive VP of KDA. The warehouse space is located in the Maspeth Industrial Park. Jacques Wadler and Vincent Lopez of KDA represented the tenant, State Distributor Inc. that is expanding its business. Michael Levy of MS Levy Realty represented the owner Ingraham Realty Properties LLC. KDA is a 105-year-old, Brooklyn-based real estate firm. In addition to providing brokerage and management services, KDA has acquired $300 million of its own real estate assets within the past year alone, primarily industrial and medical/office properties.
