Jeffrey Newman, executive VP, and Kimberly Zaccagnino, senior leasing associate, of W&M Properties have completed an expansion and extension lease to Evolution Markets, Inc. at Ten Bank St.
A tenant since 2002, Evolution Markets increased its existing fourth floor space by 3,129 s/f, bringing its total occupancy to 13,408 s/f. This expansion, in effect until 2013, is the firm's second within the building.
The most recent addition to W&M Properties' Westchester portfolio, Ten Bank St. is a 225,000 s/f, 12-story class A office building adjacent to the White Plains Transportation Center, which includes the Metro North commuter line that runs directly to Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan and serves as the hub of the extensive Westchester County Bee Line bus system.
