Voutieros named senior research analyst at Avison Young

Fairfield, CT According to Sean Cahill, Avison Young (AY) principal and managing director of the Fairfield/Westchester office, Tula Voutieros has been named senior research analyst.

Voutieros is the firm’s research and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) analyst who brings over 20 years of research and consultative experience across multiple industry sectors. 

As senior research analyst, Voutieros will oversee regional market research and reporting and collaborate on Avison Young topical reports. Her most recent paper, "Evolution of Health Care and Its Impact on the Real Estate Landscape in the United States," covers the transformations in the nation's health care real estate landscape over the past couple decades.

"Tula is a vital part of our team," Cahill said. "Her expertise and talent take all of us to the next level. With her as our resource, we have never been more prepared to take on new business. She absolutely deserved this promotion."

Prior to joining Avison Young, Voutieros worked for 15 years as a Research and GIS lead and Senior Consultant for Global Workplace Solutions (a division of Johnson Controls acquired by CBRE in 2015).  In that role, Voutieros led research and GIS services to deliver customized market research such as location feasibility, demographic and psychographic analysis, real estate property sector analysis, economic incentives due diligence, portfolio cost savings assessments, as well spatial analysis utilizing GIS platforms to support real estate and broader business initiatives.
