Veksler and Ferretti of National Brokerage complete a total of $4.15m in sales

National Brokerage's commercial team of Klara Veksler and Jeffrey Ferretti have sold three properties totaling $4.15 million. The first sale was 6334 - 6338 Ave. N for $650,000. Veksler and Ferretti represented both the buyer and seller. The buyer, which was one of the previous tenants, was secured 10 years ago as a tenant by Veksler and Ferretti. The building includes three stores occupied by two tenants. Also sold were the following: * 73-87 Mother Gaston Blvd. The 12,000 s/f corner lot sold for $1.5 million. * 2586-2596 Stillwell Ave. The 1,000 s/f corner lot zoned R5/C2-2 was sold for $2 million. Both properties were sold to New Jersey developers.
