Varbero and Casagrande join Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP as partners and form new practice group

Consistent with Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP’s (“FDT”) strategic growth initiatives, the firm announced that Anthony Varbero, Esq., and David Casagrande, Esq., have joined FDT as partners in the newly-formed Securities Litigation & Regulation practice group. Varbero and Casagrande co-chair this group.

Prior to joining FDT, Varbero and Casagrande were affiliated with Joseph Mure Jr. & Associates located in Queens and Brooklyn, NY. They are bringing decades of New York City financial and legal services to the Long Island market. In addition, FDT is now the only Long Island-based law firm that has attorneys on its roster who formerly held 10 supervisory and general securities licenses. 

Varbero earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School; his MBA in Management & Finance from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business; and his B.S. from St. John’s University. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Finance from Pace University.

Casagrande earned his J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and his B.A. from the College of Staten Island.
