Vantage Props. appoints Batista as key executive

Vantage Properties has appointed Raquel Batista to vice president for corporate responsibility and compliance, with oversight of the real estate company's commitment to providing residents with high-quality affordable housing. Batista will work closely with residents, community leaders, elected officials and local organizations on a wide array issues - with a focus on ensuring residents receive a high level of service. Batista will also serve as Vantage's primary liaison with non-profit, civic and community groups. Batista said, "I'm excited to serve as a bridge between the dedicated Vantage staff, the local communities and our residents as we work together to create cooperative and long-lasting partnerships."
