The 1,200 s/f space is located at 59 Oliver St. in Cohoes. Feinman and Kenneth Brownell of Vanguard-Fine, LLC brokered the lease renewal between Transworld Entertainment dba FYE and Johnstown Comrie Associates, LLC. The 4,900 s/f FYE is located in Johnstown Shopping Center in Johnstown. Feinman and Brownell brokered a lease between Delaware Plaza Associates and Albany Medical Center. The 4,000 s/f office space will be located in Delaware Plaza in Delmar. Feinman and Brownell brokered the 5 year lease between Delaware Plaza Associates and GameStop. The new 1,948 s/f store will be located in Delaware Plaza in Delmar. Feinman and Brownell with Dan Simpson of CBRE brokered the 3 year lease between Builder Services Group, Inc and Jupiter Park, LLC. The 2,887 s/f space will be located at 12 Jupiter Park in Albany. Gordon Heeps and Alex Kutikov of Vanguard-Fine, LLC with John MacAffer of CBRE of Albany brokered the 7 year lease between Fantastic Sam's and Martin Foods of South Burlington. The 1,770 s/f salon will be located in the Hannaford Plaza at 900 Central Ave. in Albany. Steven Lerner, Brownell and Feinman of Vanguard-Fine, LLC with Khan Realty and Management brokered the 3 year lease between Wolf Road Park II, LLC and Chaudry's, LLC. The 2,903 s/f retail space is located at Wolf Road Shoppers Park in Albany. Heeps and Kutikov brokered the 10 year lease of Hot Harry's Fresh Burritos to University Plaza Associates. The 2,520 s/f restaurant will be located in University Plaza on Western Ave. in Albany. Feinman and Brownell brokered the 5 year lease between Advance Auto Parts and Nigro Companies. The 16,000 s/f store will be located at 405 Second Ave. in Troy. Kutikov, Heeps, Brownell and Feinman brokered the 5 year lease between Radio Shack and Dominion Property Group. The 2,614 s/f store will be located in Harriman Commons in Woodbury. Brownell and Feinman with Brian Donovan of Donovan Real Estate brokered the 10 year Planet Fitness lease between Planet Fitness and Dominic Alfieri. The new Planet Fitness will be located at 22 U.S. Highway 6 in Port Jervis. Kutikov, Heeps, Feinman and Brownell brokered the 5 year renewal and 6 year lease between Plattsburgh Plaza, LLC and Champlain Valley Physicians. The 51,000 s/f hospital office space will be located in Plattsburgh Plaza in Plattsburgh. Heeps, Kutikov, Brownell and Feinman brokered the 10 year lease between HMS 35 ALT, LLC and Family Dollar Stores of New York. The 8,192 s/f store will be located in Wynantskill Square in Wynantskill.
